• The 5 Pillars Of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission

1. ABHA number : Healthcare professionals can use each citizen’s unique 14-digit ABHA or Ayushman Bharat Health Account number to access health records with their consent. To know more about ABHA Number visit here.

2. ABHA App : Registered healthcare professionals can be discovered through the app. Patients can use the app to review health records shared by patients.

3. Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) : The HPR is a comprehensive repository of Indian healthcare professionals across all medicine systems, modern and traditional.

4. Health Facility Registry (HFR) : The HFR is a compilation of all public and private health facilities like hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic laboratories and imaging centers, etc.

5. Unified Health Interface (UHI) : Enables interconnectivity between different healthcare stakeholders for seamless experience through a system similar to the UPI.
