Zydus Respicare

Zydus Respicare was launched in 2002 after the acquisition of German Remedies in 2001. The division caters to chest and ENT specialities as well as consulting physicians. The name “Respicare” represents Zydus Healthcare Limited’s vision of “Caring for every breath of life.”

Zydus Respicare offers three categories of product baskets — Inhalation therapy, nasal sprays, and oral therapy. Inhalation therapy offers inhaled drugs for the management of Asthma & COPD in the form of a metered-dose inhaler or dry powder inhalers. Its product portfolio includes Formonide and Fluticasone Furcate. Formonide is amongst the top brands of the Indian Pharmaceutical Market.
